He has liver cancer, also known as Hepatoblastoma. Look
it up on the internet, but don't believe everything
you read. |

Yep.
Cure rate is extremely high for Hepatoblastoma, he is
scheduled to have his tumor removed in mid-June 2004 |

| How did you find out
about the Hepatoblatoma thing? |
He had
a routine doctors appt and our doc (Dr. Greenfeld) felt
his tummy and noticed that he was bloated. After an
ultrasound and some blood tests the diagnosis was made.
We were extremely lucky to have found it at the early
stage it was at. |

| Why do you call him
SuperBaby? |
All
superheros have some sort of ailment that they overcame
as a child. Spiderman was bit by a spider. Batman had
teeth like a bat. We figure that our son can now become
a SuperHero after he beats liver cancer. Maybe he can
be "Unsually Strong Liver Man," or something. |

| How is he gonna get
better? |
He is
going through Chemotherapy right now, which is basically
a regimen of medicines given to him intraveniously once
a month. We stay in the hospital 3 days every three
weeks. This gives us a chance to watch movies, play
in the play room and eat lots of candy bars. |
